Forest Reserve™ squares are made with 70% single-origin dark chocolate and 500mg of organic functional mushrooms: Turkey Tail, Chaga, and Maitake. Stone-ground in small batches in Boulder, Colorado.

Ingredients

• 70% Single-Origin Cacao: Rich, velvety dark chocolate with naturally occurring theobromine and magnesium.
• Turkey Tail: A mushroom with a long history of use in traditional food cultures, valued for its prebiotic fiber content.
• Chaga: Naturally high in antioxidants. Traditionally used in Northern European and Siberian food traditions.
• Maitake: A culinary mushroom with centuries of use in Japanese and Chinese food traditions.

Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and lightly sweetened with organic coconut sugar. Each case includes 12 squares.
